The European Guitar Teachers Association - Cyprus is a non profit, non government, cultural organization, founded in September 2001.
Members of the association are guitarists and guitar teachers from all Cyprus.
Our main objective is the promotion and development of guitar in Cyprus. Other objectives include organization of cultural events, competitions, seminars, conferences about guitar and support of young talented guitarists by offering grants and by other means.
EGTA Cyprus has successfully established an annual Guitar Festival in Cyprus and hopes to continue organizing the event with even greater success.
